Mission Possible: Ways to Reach the World

Recently, after much prayer and input from members, KCC encapsulated its vision in the statement "To Grow in Christ, To Serve Christ, and to Share Christ".  In order to carry out this vision we need to grow in our understanding and involvement in mission.  So the missions committee is organising an event for Sunday, July 31 entitled Mission Possible: Ways to Reach the World.  This will take place early in the afternoon following a lunch.  It will be a missionary event with a difference.  Instead of inviting "experts" from outside the church, the main emphasis will be on the research and experience of current church members.   This is a preliminary notice – more details will follow.  Meanwhile, if you are committed to the KCC vision (or even if you're not!) please keep this date free.

WHAM (Word, Heart and Mind)
is here again!

This year we will be reading the entire bible chronologically. Read through the Bible in chronological order, tracing the development of God's plan from Adam and Eve to the church of the New Testament. This reading plan introduces you to the major people and events of the Bible in chronological order, beginning with Creation, moving through the birth and history of the Israel nation, and ending with Revelation's prophetic words.
